Why Your Gift Matters
Every dollar you donate goes into the PAL pool — a revolving fund that provides silent second mortgages to eligible workforce families in Southern California.
When a family repays their PAL (typically when they sell or refinance), that capital flows back to the pool and funds the next eligible buyer. Founding donors effectively fund a perpetual stream of homeownership opportunities.
We also fund the supply side: donations support builder loans that stimulate new affordable inventory, jobs, and tax base.
